The information presented on this website has been reproduced from a publication printed in the Netherlands in 1985 as well as some personal information and photos from my own family's collection. Unfortunately, I have very little more recent information available since the 1985 publication.

Currently, this website is still incomplete as the vast majority of information I have is still being collected and translated from papers, photographs and documents.

The site has been designed as text only to enable easy searching & printing. The search function allows for quick access to particular names, dates and places.

All the information contained on the website is free for printing and reproducing for non-commercial use only.
